Gatorboard

Gatorboard consists of a rigid foam core sandwiched between smooth moisture resistant veneer. This lightweight and durable product is used regularly for mounting prints, P.O.P. displays and store signage. It's strong and moisture resistant surface makes it useful for both interior and exterior applications. Gatorboard is available in a number of different thicknesses from 3/16" to 1.5" thick in both standard 4' x 8' sheets as well as oversized sheets. You can choose from a white, black or kraft paper brown color.

Sintra

Sintra is composed of dense plastic. This durable product has an easy to clean surface and an incredible strength-to-weight ratio. It is a popular choice for permanent displays and other applications requiring increased durability. Sintra is available in a number of different thicknesses and many colours including, white, black, teal, purple, red, green and blue. It is available in 4' x 8' standard sized sheets, and 5' x 10' oversized sheets.

Acrylic

Acrylic, or plexiglass, is a plastic composite material that has a clear, smooth surface. It is superior to glass in some ways because it is lightweight, does not chip, crack or have a green tint of colour. Acrylic is used for transmounting. Our transmounting process involves bonding the face of a print to the underside of the acrylic using an optically clear transmount film. The result is a prestigious and sturdy product, which offers excellent physical protection. There is also the option of mounting on top of the acrylic, which is another way of using this material for mounting. The acrylics smooth surface is ideal for fine art and photography. Acrylic sheets come in 4' x 8' standard sheets, as well as oversized sheets. Roll stock is also available for larger custom sizes.

Aluminum DiBond ^TM

Aluminum is another material that works extremely well for fine art and photographic applications. The aluminum is smooth and rigid to prevent warping and durable enough to go outdoors. Aluminum comes in 4' x 8' sheets and is available in a clean white finish.

Foamcore

Foamcore is a lightweight and cost effective mounting material that is good for any short term indoor application. Foamcore is easily dented, and must be handled carefully. Foamcore comes in a white or a black finish, 3/16" thickness and a standard board size of 4' x 8'.

MDF and Weather Treated Wood

There are a lot of interior and exterior options available for using MDF or weather treated wood boards. MDF is great for interior use and is ideal where edge beveling or painting is required. We also have a selection of weather treated boards that are excellent for outdoor use. We offer a selection of natural wood or painted products that are available in standard and oversized sizes.

Canvas Transfer

A canvas transfer is when the emulsion backing on a photographic image is stripped and then heat bonded to canvas. We use our heat matte lamination for transfering, which will acquire the texture of the canvas. The final result produces an artistic and unique look, which is also archival and water resistant.
